Completed in 2006, the duplex penthouse located in Tel Aviv is a renovation of a ‘60s apartment, maintaining portions of the original floor, incorporating a new concrete and old-bricks floor on the roof, and conveying a “Tanger” atmosphere as per the client’s request.
